Bayramov: Armenia must fulfill its obligations

It is reported that at the meeting Bayramov called a bilateral meeting under a peace agreement on October 2 in Geneva, at which Baku introduced Armenia the main elements of a peace agreement and a four -sided meeting in Prague on October 6, where Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed on mutual recognition and respect for territorial integrity and each other’s sovereignty, “progress towards the signing of the agreement.”

The meeting also took an exchange of views on various areas of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Minister Jaykhun Bayramov noted that it is important to start practical work on opening communications based on progress achieved during negotiations in a tripartite working group. It is reported that the Delimitation Commissions have already been created, two meetings have been held at the moment. It was brought to the note that the third meeting was planned to be held in the near future. It was stated that Azerbaijan has advocated work in this process in specific areas.

The minister drew attention to the importance of the integrated implementation of tripartite statements. In this regard, Bayramov emphasized the need to fulfill the statements of statements, in connection with which he mentioned the laying of Armenia Ming in Azerbaijan and the failure of Armenia of Mine fields in full, calling this a serious problem.

The Foreign Minister of the three countries also exchanged views on other humanitarian issues that contribute to the normalization process.
