The situation in Ukraine, of course, causes great concern. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jahun Bayramov in an interview with the Italian information agency Agenzia Nova.
“Our country has good relations with both Russia and Ukraine, here we are talking about a comprehensive and high level of cooperation and partnership with two large states. Azerbaijan called on the parties to the dialogue to prevent further aggravation of the situation and emphasized the need for direct negotiations between the time by the parties, ”the minister said.
According to J. Bayramov, our country in international relations is always guided by the norms and principles of international law.
“Azerbaijan, among the first countries, provided humanitarian assistance to Ukraine. To date, we provided humanitarian assistance in the amount of 15 million euros,” he added.
