The trial ended the 44-year-old resident Baku Babek Samedov and the 31-year-old resident of the Agdam district Tajir Muradov, accused of theft of a large scale.
According to haqqın.az, Samedov became the initiator of the crime. He decided to rob a house in the Yasamal district, in which he previously carried out repair work. Even then, he noticed a safe in the house. Having developed a robbery plan, Samedov found the accomplice – Tajira Muradova.
Men watched the house from the side for some time. On June 30, they penetrated the house. Finding a safe, the robbers cut it and found 4 thousand dollars, as well as gold and jewelry for 439 thousand manat.
In court, Samedov and Muradov said that they went for a crime due to financial difficulties – both had a debt to banks.
The victim E. Nadirov said that he learned about the theft only when he returned from the cottage, where he lived with his parents in the summer. The man noted that the damage caused to him was not compensated and he has no complaints against the defendants.
