Beibutov bought drugs in social networks and forced others to sell them

A preliminary investigation was completed in the criminal case of a resident of Baku Nemat Beibutov, accused of threats with the aim of forced sale of drugs.

According to haqqın.az, the materials of the criminal case were sent for consideration by the Baku court for serious crimes. The case is conducted by Judge Azad Medzhidov.

We recall that as a result of a police operation carried out at the beginning of this year in the Baku villages of Shuvelan, Bina, Gala and Mardakean, 9 people involved in drug trafficking were detained. During the investigation, it was found that Nemat Beibutov created a criminal network for the sale of drugs in the Khazar district of Baku and attracted other persons to this work.

According to Beibutov, he bought drugs via the Internet from a citizen of one of the foreign countries that he met through social networks.

It is reported that Beibutov constantly threatened and put pressure on the network members in order to sell drugs.

The accused and his henchmen found a large amount of heroin and methamphetamine. The detainees admitted that they were engaged in drug trafficking.
