Beijing categorically opposes unreasonable statements that “China is a clear assistant” of Russia in an armed confrontation with Ukraine. This was stated on Thursday by the official representative of the PRC of China Lin Jian, commenting on the results of the Washington Declaration following the results of the NATO summit.
He noted that Beijing occupies a “fair and objective position” in Ukraine, while “the so -called safety” is ensured by the safety of other countries.
In addition, China urged NATO not to intervene in the country’s domestic policy, and also not to create chaos in the Asia-Pacific region.
“Content, which is contained in the aforementioned document, is full of bias, denigration and provocations,” the PRC said in the Foreign Ministry.
The final declaration of the NATO summit, which was held in Washington, says that “the PRC continues to create systemic problems for Euro -Atlantic Security,” and also provides support in Russian military operations.
