Belarus and Nicaragua signed contracts in the amount of $ 85 million, BelTA reports.

The text says that such major transactions in Central Asia were concluded for the first time.
“Today is a very iconic day in the history of our relations. The intensive, intense work of enterprises, departments today ended with the signing of a solid package of agreements and commercial contracts,” said Roman Golovchenko.
In his opinion, the documents signed today can be considered a real breakthrough in bilateral relations of Belarus and Nicaragua.
The Bank of Development of the Republic of Belarus will finance the supply of more than 700 units of equipment to Nicaragua, today the relevant agreements are signed.
Last year, a General Agreement on the provision of export loans was concluded between the governments of the two countries. And between the Bank for Development and the Ministry of Finance of Nicaragua – a basic agreement on export financing of Belarusian deliveries.
