Belarusian Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik discussed with the Serbian colleague Marco Jurich issues of bilateral cooperation of Minsk and Belgrade.
According to the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry, a number of current issues in the spirit of traditionally constructive bilateral relations were discussed during a telephone conversation.
Confirmed mutual readiness to strengthen cooperation, to continue political and intersectoral dialogue. The prospects for contacts for the current year were discussed.
“Separately considered the issues of mutual support on multilateral venues, primarily in the UN system. The parties stated the proximity of approaches and a mutual desire to continue coordinated activities in order to solve key issues of the international agenda,” follows from the message.
The mood of both countries is expressed to withstand attempts to distort individual historical events in the Balkans, the press service noted.
