The Ministry of Defense of Belarus assesses the situation around the republic as a crisis, implying the presence of direct threats of military security.
This was announced at a briefing for the foreign military attachments by the head of the Department of International Military Cooperation – assistant Minister of Defense on International Military Cooperation Colonel Valery Revenko.
“In general, we characterize the current international situation around the Republic of Belarus as a crisis, implying the presence of direct threats of the military security of the Republic of Belarus. According to him, NATO can already create shock groups in the Belarusian direction.
“In fact, the conditions are formed under which, on the basis of already deployed military units and units of the United NATO armed forces, shock groups of troops can be created for their use in the Belarusian direction,” Rhusenko said.
