State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus, Alexander Volfovich, said that “Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups” entered the territory of Belarus. He stated this on the air of the Belarusian television channel Belarus-1.
“There is an engineering equipment of plots along the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, mining, the implementation of blockages, the actions of sabotage and reconnaissance groups, including with a call to Belarusian territory,” he said.
