The Belarusian Sport Solidarity Foundation (BSSF) called on the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) to impose sanctions on football clubs and national teams of Russia and Belarus, reports “Gazeta.Ru”.
It is noted that the executive director of BSSF Alexander Opeikin in the letter appealed to the UEFA President Alexander Cherryin, in which he called on the organization along with the consideration of the issue of ban on Russian clubs and teams, also to include on the agenda the exclusion of Belarusian football clubs and national teams. / P>
In addition, BSSF requires UEFA to apply personal sanctions to the management of the Belarusian Football Federation and the Ministry of Sports.
