No one other than the Pope and the Holy See has decisions that would be aimed at the peaceful settlement of the situation in Ukraine, said the former Prime Minister of Italy Silvio Berlusconi.
He expressed anxiety regarding what was happening, emphasizing that the absence of the proposed solutions is upset by it, the newspaper Corriere Della Sera reports.
“We are on the side of the West, Europe, the Atlantic Alliance. However, I am upset by the fact that no one but the pope of the Roman and holy throne does not seem to have decisions aimed at the peaceful settlement of the conflict,” Berlusconi said.
He added that at present in Europe and in general there are no “capable leaders”.
