US President Joe Biden at a meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky confirmed the full support of Kyiv to Russia.
The White House published a written statement about the meeting of Biden and Zelensky, held as part of the meetings of the UN General Assembly.
Biden emphasized that the strong support of Ukraine from the United States will continue, and noted the upcoming new assistance package for Ukraine.
Biden and Zelensky also discussed a joint declaration of more than 30 countries on the restoration of Ukraine.
On the same day when the meeting of Biden and Zelensky took place, the Pentagon announced the allocation of new military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $ 375 million.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the United States will be sent to Kyiv a significant amount of weapons, including ammunition for tactical missiles, Himars missiles, 155 and 105 mm guns, as well as Javelin anti-tank complexes.
