Biden Expressed Condolences In Connection With Attack On Christmas Fair In Germany

US President Joe Biden expressed condolences in connection with the attack on the Christmas Fair in the German city of Magdeburg, where 5 people or more than 200 were injured, and emphasized solidarity with the German people.

In his statement, Biden called the incident a tragedy and expressed a deep regret about the loss of lives.

“Not a single society and no family should experience such low and gloomy pain,” the US President emphasized.

Biden also stated that the United States is ready to provide Germany with all the necessary support in connection with what happened.

“The United States is always next to its allies in the fight against terrorism,” he added.

Recall that on the eve of Magdeburg (landsonia-Anhalt), as a result of a car hit at visitors to the Christmas fair, five died, including a nine-year-old child. More than 200 people were injured.
