Biden extended sanctions against twisted persons of Turkish government

US President Joe Biden extended US sanctions for Syria for a year, introduced against Turkey in 2019, said the White House.

The reasons for the introduction of sanctions in 2019 was the liberation mission of the Turkish Army in Syria, aimed at preventing the genocide of the local Turkic population and the operation against Kurdish terrorists. Under the sanctions, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Energy of Turkey, the Minister of Defense, the Ex-Commander of the General Staff of Turkey Hulusi Akar, Minister of Energy Fatih Donmèz and the Deputy Chairman of the Ruling Party of Justice and Development Suleiman Soyulu.
