US President Joe Biden announced at the United Nations General Assembly (UN) that America “opens a new era of tireless diplomacy” after the end of the war in Afghanistan. Biden also stated that the United States will be ready to apply the force “if necessary,” but this should be “extreme measure.”
“The mission should be understandable and achievable, carried out with the conscious consent of the American people and, if possible, in partnership with our allies,” said the American president, who quotes AFP.
“We graduated from a 20-year-old conflict in Afghanistan, and, completing this era of a long war, we open a new era of tireless diplomacy,” Joe Biden said, for the first time speaking as a president at the OO Genassembly, Reuters reports.

Then Mr. Biden announced that the United States would no longer resort to major military operations to change the device of other states.
