US President Joe Biden will perform on Tuesday in the White House with a speech dedicated to the situation around the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
“The president will present relevant information regarding Russia and Ukraine,” the white house says. The speech of the head of the American state is scheduled for 22:00 on Baku time.
The Washington Post reports, it is expected that Biden will announce the sanctions in response to the “Deployment of the Russian Federation in two pro-Russian separatist regions of Ukraine.”
