“Azerbaijan freed the lands that were occupied about 30 years. As a result of this glorious victory, we can discuss the establishment of peace in the South Caucasus,” said the former Prime Minister of Turkey Binali Yyldym, speaking on the panel “South Caucasus: regional development prospects and cooperation “in the framework of the VIII Global Baku Forum.
He noted that Azerbaijan offered Armenia a peace agreement and no one should oppose him.
“After a peaceful agreement, there will be no problems between Turkey and Armenia to normalize relations. Turkey works closely with the countries of the region to resolve this conflict and this cooperation will continue to develop in the atmosphere of mutual understanding,” said Yyldym.
