Bishkek Discussed Cooperation Of Kyrgyzstan And Russian Federation

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov on Wednesday, April 2, adopted the deputy chairman of the Government of Rflexei Overchuk as part of his visit to Kyrgyzstan. This is stated in the press service of the President of the Russian Federation.

The head of state expressed confidence that the visit would be fruitful, and the agreements reached will contribute to the further strengthening of strategic partnership, based on special understanding and complete confidence.

Sadyr Zhaparov noted with satisfaction that the Kyrgyz-Russian interdirment committee on trade, economic, scientific, technical and humanitarian cooperation works very successfully.

He emphasized that Kyrgyzstan and Russia are ready to continue to interact further, developing full -format cooperation in all directions.

In turn, Alexei Overchuk emphasized that cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia is built on the principles of mutual respect, equality and accounting of the interests of both parties.

He also congratulated the head of state on the successful resolution of the issue of borders between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, noting that the peaceful settlement between the two allies for Russia is a significant factor in stability throughout Central Asia.

Alexei Overchuk expressed satisfaction with the level of interaction between the two countries within the framework of integration associations (EAEU, CIS, SCO, CSTO) and emphasized the active and fruitful cooperation of countries within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union. He noted that the participation of Kyrgyzstan in these processes gave a real impetus to develop the country’s economy and expand the potential of the entire union.
