In Bishkek today, the fifth international charity half marathon “Snow Leopard Run 2024” was held. This is reported by the book “Kabar”.
The race traditionally started in the central square of Ala-Too.
This year, about 4.5 thousand people took part in the half marathon.
at distances: 5 km, 14 km and 21.1 km, as well as for the children’s race “Kulikov Kid’s Run” for children from three to thirteen years old.
Also in the race, people with disabilities took part.
The funds raised will be aimed at protecting snow leopards and ecology.
The organizer of the sporting event is the public association Nomad Sport.
