Blinken On Last Day Of Service Held Telephone Conversations With Chapters Of Foreign Ministry Of Catarus, Jordan And Ukraine

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken discussed topical issues in telephone conversations with Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al Tanya, Foreign Minister of Jordan Aimen Safadi and the Glbava Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Andrei Sibigi.

According to the US State Department, Blinken on the last day of his service held separate telephone conversations with colleagues from Qatar, Jordan and Ukraine.

During a conversation with the Qatari colleague, Blinken expressed gratitude for the important role of Qatar in achieving a ceasefire in gas. He also emphasized the significance of the Gaza restoration efforts and wished success in establishing a sustainable world in the region.

In an interview with the Ukrainian Minister, American-Ukrainian relations and the war between Russia and Ukraine were discussed. Blinken thanked the Ukrainian colleague for the efforts to strengthen bilateral relations and discussed issues related to sanctions against Russia and ensuring the security of Ukraine.
