US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken does not plan a separate meeting with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the Foreign Minister of the PRC Van and on the sidelines of the meeting of the heads of foreign policy departments of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asia) in Cambodia.
