Any unilateral call of Russia to stop the fire would be “completely meaningless in the current conditions,” said British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, speaking in Riga at a meeting of leaders of countries that are part of the Joint Expeditionary Corps (JEF). The words of the British Prime Minister are transmitted by BBC.
Sunak believes that such a call to Russia will be false. “Russia uses it for regrouping, strengthening its troops, and until they leave the captured territories, there should not and should not be any real negotiations,” Sunak is categorical.
“Our collective determination is clear, we supported and will continue to support Ukraine. And this is primarily because their security is our safety,” the British prime minister emphasized.
