Russian troops did not succeed in the environment of Severodonetsk, and in Mariupol and Kherson a critical situation with medical services and medicines. This is stated in the daily report of British intelligence on Twitter.
“Around Severodonetsk, fights are ongoing. Russia again controls most of the city, but its forces have not achieved success in attempts to surround a wider territory from the north and south,” the message said.
It is also reported that Russia is trying to provide basic utilities to the population in the occupied territories. Access to safe drinking water is unstable, there are significant interruptions in telephone and Internet services.
“In Kherson, probably a critical deficiency of drugs, and Mariupol is threatened with a large flash of cholera. Single cases of cholera are registered since May. Medical services in Mariupol are probably already close to collapse: a large flash of cholera in Mariupol will even more aggravate the situation”, – says in the message.
