At the intersection of Avenue Neftechille and the streets of Aziz Aliyev, changes were made to traffic without prior notice to the Baku Transport Agency, the BTA reports.
For vehicles moving along Aliyev Street in the direction of Neftechiliil Avenue – the Marine Station, the movement in the opposite direction is closed. The road in the direction of the circle “Azneft” was narrowed. As a result, the “Bottle Effect” appeared in the said part.
For this reason, in the morning and to the present on Avenue Neftechiliil, Z. Alieva, U. Gajibekova, Yu.Safarov, A. Dzhalilova, and also on other central streets and prospects there were serious difficulties in the movement of vehicles.
Once again, we declare that any changes in the movement of vehicles in the capital should be implemented as planned and in coordination with the Baku Transport Agency. Changes made without proper approval lead to such unpleasant consequences. This means that the participants in the movement, especially public transport users, lose time, stuck in the opposites.
