Dmitry Bulgakov was relieved of his post, Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia, responsible for material and technical support, in connection with the transition to another job. Instead, Mikhail Misintsev was appointed to this post, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.
Note that the Army General Dmitry Bulgakov has been the deputy head of the Ministry of Defense since 2008. What position he will now take, the military department was not specified.
Mikhail Misintsev, who was appointed instead of him, previously served as the head of the National Center for Defense Management.
