On the eve of the organization’s legal assistance and training centers, a round table with the participation of representatives of state bodies, lawyers and entrepreneurs on “Entrepreneurship and Legal Assistance” took place.
The event was attended by the chairman of the lawyers of the lawyers Anar Bagirov, Head of the Sector of Legal Regulation of Entrepreneurship Department of Policies and Regulatory Development of Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economy of the Roman Kerovan Medzhidov, Vice-President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs Zakir Nuriyev and representatives of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Business.
Director of the Center for Shamar Mamedov opened the event with an introductory word, welcomed the participants and informed about the range of Round Table.
The Chairman of the Board of Lawyers Anar Bagirov made a report on the development of legal protection mechanisms of entrepreneurial activities, the importance of the creation of arbitration courts and their role in entrepreneurship, work done and upcoming in the field of mediation, studying international experience, reforms in the judicial and legal system, Changes in law care legislation. Anar Bagirov also spoke about the work done by the board in recent years, and the upcoming regular round tables.
Then from the Ministry of Economy of the R. Hidzhid noted the need for some enhancements in the field of entrepreneurship and spoke about the role of the ministry in this area.
In addition, the Vice-President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs Zakir Nuriyev stressed the importance of establishing cooperation with the board of lawyers towards the development of entrepreneurship, improving the legal literacy of entrepreneurs and the development of entrepreneurship for the program adopted by President Ilham Aliyev.
After that, the Chief Lawyer of the Legal Department, the Secretary of the Board of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medibabs Alibab Aliyev informed the participants of the State Support of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship, the Directions of Entrepreneurship Development in the Regions.
