Azerbaijan Low-budget carrier Buta Airways begins to perform special flights to two Cities of Saudi Arabia – Er-Riyad and Damma. Flights to the capital of Er-Riyadh will be held from November 27 on Saturdays, and in the Dammam from November 26 to Mondays and Fridays. This was reported by HaqQin.Az in the press service of the airline Buta Airways.
In connection with the restrictions entered and the rules of the epidemiological situation in the country of the airline, tickets offer only two tariffs – “Standard” and “Super”. Both tariff included free options for choosing a place and check-in at the airport. Tickets for these flights are available on the official website of the carrier (for the Tariffs “Super” and “Standard”), as well as in accredited airline agencies (only at the tariff “super”). The cost of air tickets starts from 55 euros.
The following flights from the Pandemic period are serviced in Terminal 1 Gaidar Aliyev International Airport, both flying and on arrival. Only those categories of passengers will be accepted for flights, to whom the flight is allowed in the conditions of current limitations introduced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

When flying out of the cities of Saudi Arabia to Azerbaijan, testing on COVID-19 can be held in any accredited state clinic or laboratory, which takes the analysis by PCR testing. The certificate is recommended to have a QR code confirming its authenticity. This will help speed up the passage of formal procedures at the airport.
The test results on COVID-19 should be valid for 72 hours before flight departure.
