According to him, residents of the distress zone in Turkey will also be able to receive interest-free loans for 500-800 thousand lires, and entrepreneurs-for 250-500 thousand lire.
“We are talking about preferential loans for a period of 10 years with the beginning of the repayment schedule two years after receiving funds,” the minister explained.
At the same time, he emphasized that construction should be carried out with rigid accounting of the requirements of seismic resistance.
In parallel in cities and villages of the distress zone, the construction of houses continues as part of a plan approved by the Turkish government.
