A Deputy of the Canadian Parliament from the Liberal Party Ivan Baker said that the United States has to buy weapons for Ukraine, since the country does not have this promised weapon, RIA Novosti writes.
According to him, Ottawa has already put weapons in the amount of $ 200 million on Ukraine, of which $ 100 million fell on heavy weapons, including M777 Howitzer howitzers and ammunition for them.
In addition, he added that Canada also agreed on a new military aid package for $ 400 million. According to the Baker, for the country “this is very significant money.”
