The next lawsuit was held in the case of Jafar Aliyev, accused of fraud against the brother of the ex-head of the executive branch of Ganja Elmar Veliyev, Shakhmar Veliev in the amount of $ 580 thousand.
According to Haqqin.az, at the trial chaired by Judge Azer Pashayev, it was decided to return the criminal case for a preliminary investigation.
Note that, in addition to chemist Veliev, there are still four more people in the case. The amount of damage caused exceeds 1.7 million manat.
A criminal case was instituted against J. Aliyev under article 178.4 (fraud with damage on an especially large scale) and a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen.
