On the eve of the next meeting of the Azerbaijani Investment Holding.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, on the agenda of the meeting, held on October 15, chaired by Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Holding Ali Asadov, the results of the diagnosis of the activities of 4 portfoldial transport sector companies were discussed: Azerbaijani Airlines CJSC, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC , Baku Metropolitan CJSC and Bakubus LLC, as well as issues of evaluating corporate governance and activities of members of portfolio management authorities.
Reports of the Chairman of the Board of the Holding of Metin Eyninlaeva and the Director General of Ruslan Alikhanov were heard. Also at the meeting there were discussions on the speeches of the chairman of the NA portfolio companies of the transport sector and executives of companies on the results of diagnostics.
