American Airlines CEO Doug Parker said that he observed in this Ramadan post together with Muslim employees in order to better understand them.
As the news portal “TRT in Russian” writes, Parker wrote on his page in LinkedIn, which he responded to the call of the company’s employees for last week, deciding one day to fast with them.
According to the head of American Airlines, he did not eat and did not drink for 15 hours. “In the end of the day I was hungry and wanted to drink. It awakened I had a great respect for our Muslim employees and their commitment to their faith,” he noticed.
