Chapter Mi-6: Russian troops in Ukraine “are about to exhale”

The head of British intelligence, Richard Moore, who performed the security forum in the American city of Aspen (Colorado), made a forecast that in the coming weeks the Russian military will pause in their activity in Ukraine, reports Reuters.

“I think that they are about to get exhausted. According to our estimates, it will be increasingly difficult for the Russians to replenish the troops with manpower over the next few weeks,” said Richard Moore, heading the UK secret intelligence service (SIS), known as Mi. -6.

“They will have to stop in one way or another, and this will give Ukrainians the opportunity to deliver a response,” said Moore.
