The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE PIA Kauma postponed a visit to Georgia. This was reported in the social network X.

“After discussing and a thorough consideration, I decided to postpone the visit to Georgia until the time of the OSCE parliamentary Assembly will be the most effective. We are still ready to listen to all the votes and offer assistance in implementing the recommendations of the BDIPCh/OSCE for elections,” – She noted.

The plans of the head of the OSCA to visit Tbilisi caused criticism from the opposition and the fifth president of the Republic of Salome Zurabishvili.

“The President of the Personal Assembly of the OSCE of PII Kauma, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly, insults people who have been on the streets for 40 days and survive the falsified elections,” Zurabishvili said on social networks x.

According to her, “a visit selected in such a wrong time, will not contribute to the resolution of the crisis, this can only be done.”
