Each positive step in normalizing Azerbaijani-Armenian relations will have a positive impact on Ankara’s relationship with Yerevan, said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Chavushoglu, quoted by the Turkish media.
Speaking about the direction in Armenia of a group called “OSCE Mission to evaluate needs”, Chavushoglu called this step contradicting OSCE standards.
“OSCE is biased and supported by Armenia, so the problem did not find a solution for 30 years. Azerbaijan himself completed his work to resolve the Karabakh problem. Sending observers to the border, the OSCE should have recognized the opinion of Azerbaijan, but did not do this,” the head emphasized Turkish foreign policy.
