Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Chavushoglu and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken held negotiations in Ankara, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
Negotiations were held at the presidential palace. According to their results, a joint press conference is expected.
It is planned that during the first visit of Blinken to Turkey, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will also accept it.
During the visit, Blinken discusses with Turkish partners the issues of eliminating the consequences of earthquakes in the republic, Sweden’s applications and Finland to join NATO, War in Ukraine and bilateral issues.
