Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlyut Chavushoglu told during a speech at the University of Lviv University of Ukraine, which is necessary to make Azerbaijan and Armenia to establish cooperation.
According to him, this can be achieved by innovative thinking and practical diplomacy.
“After the collapse of the USSR, the creation of the organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation was an innovative thought. Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Greece and Turkey, having different problems, we can combine with innovative thinking and practical diplomacy instead of reactive diplomacy,” – quotes it Georgia Online.
