Head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration Vyacheslav Chaus called on the inhabitants of Chernigov to hide into the shelter or be at home.
“Those who are not in the terriber of the city and do not participate in the defense, hide in shelters, and in case it is impossible to stay at home. Do not interfere with the armed forces of Ukraine,” he wrote
Also in the administration also reported that there is information that Russians from aircraft can reset mines and explosive devices, in particular, disguised as children’s toys, phones and other valuable items.
