On the hotline of “112” Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, information was received about the children left behind the closed door in a helpless state in the apartment in the village of Baladzhara in Baku.
Rescuers of the Baku regional center of the Ministry of Emergencies arrived at the specified address. It was found that two minors remained behind a closed door in an apartment on the third floor of a nine -story residential building. Rescuers got into the apartment, opening the front door with special equipment. There they found two children unconscious.
