She will serve his sentence in a general regime colony. The prosecutor previously demanded to put the woman to 10 years and 6 months in prison.
According to the prosecution, in December 2021, the police received information about the loss in the village of Sabunchi, two -year -old Muhammad Shikhaliev. As a result of the operational-search measures carried out by the employees of the Sabunchinsky RUE and the 12th department of the district police, on January 8, 2022, the child was found. A resident of the Bayglansky district, Gultekin Muradov, was detained, was detained.
The indictment indicates that Muradova was in a civil marriage with a certain Shamil Aliyev. Muradova did not have children, and therefore a woman, in order to get a child, decided to kidnap someone else’s. The owners of the house seemed to be a man who helps low -income families. On December 29, 2021, she came to the house where the family of two -year -old Muhammad lived. The woman noticed that Muhammad’s mother was not at home, and his sister is looking after the child. In response to the protests of the latter, Muradova said that she would take Muhammad to the store to buy sweets.
The child was in the Muradova house for about ten days. On January 8, 2022, the baby was found by law enforcement agencies and transferred to his mother. Muradova was charged under Article 144.3 (abduction of man) of the Criminal Code. After the child was found, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported the detention of the father of the child, Elgun Nasirov in connection with his involvement in the abduction. Shamil Aliyev was also detained.
