Satellites, launched by Ilona Mask as part of the Starlink project, dangerously closeered with the Chinese orbital station “Tiangun”, which had to change the flight path, claims Beijing, writes Deutsche Welle.
Chinese authorities on Tuesday, December 28, reported that they filed a complaint about the United Nations Space Space Company, which belongs to Ilona Mask. According to the document provided by China at the beginning of this month, the UN Space Agency, Starlink satellites have twice twice for a dangerous close distance to the Chinese space station. The first incident was recorded on July 1, and the second – October 21, 2021.
During both incidents at the space station, Chinese astronauts were indicated in Beijing. According to the Chinese side, we are talking about violations of existing space treaties.
