The Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCP Central Committee) emphasized the need to properly respond to the risks and threats caused by a crisis in Ukraine. This is stated in the communique published by the Sinhua agency following the results of the seventh plenum of the CPC of the 19th convocation.
“[must] properly respond to the risks and threats that the Ukrainian crisis carries,” the document says.
The seventh plenum of the Central Committee of the CPC of the 19th convocation was held in Beijing from October 9 to 12 this year. It was attended by 199 members of the Central Committee and 159 candidates for membership in the Central Committee of the CCP. This is the last plenum of the Central Committee of the CPC of the 19th convocation on the eve of the XX Congress of the Communist Party of China on the eve of October 16th.
