China launched four meteorological satellites

China launched on Monday, December 25, four meteorological satellites related to the Tianm-1 meteorological group.

According to Sinhua, the satellites were launched at 9:00 Peking time using the Kuijou-1a launch vehicle from the Zyutsyuan cosmodrome in the north-west of China and successfully brought to the planned orbits.

They will be mainly used to provide commercial services in the field of transmission of meteorological data.

For the Kuayzhou-1a series launch vehicles, this flight became the 23rd in a row.
