“We will continue to promote the efforts to restore peace in Afghanistan and we will provide this country with all possible assistance to stimulate its socio-economic development,” he said at a briefing.
China is ready to establish new diplomatic relations with the authorities established by the “Taliban” movement in Afghanistan, only after stabilizing the situation in this country and the formation of the “tolerant government” there, said Zhao Liakun.
