The Ukrainian authorities say that the “ceasefire” did not last a minute. Already at about noon Moscow time, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Tymoshenko announced the shelling of Kherson. The blow was inflicted on the fire department. Later, the head of the Kherson region, Yaroslav Yanushevich, confirmed that one rescuer was killed as a result of shelling, four more were injured.

In Kramatorsk, 14 private houses were injured from shelling, but, fortunately, there were no casualties.

On the afternoon of January 6, the city of Kurakhovo in the Donetsk region was also undergoing powerful shelling. The mayor of the city, Roman Padun, reported damage to residential high -rise buildings and a direct hit in the infectious department of the local hospital, as a result of which one of the health workers was injured.
