Civil Defense Forces Began To Work At Place Of Mass Burial In Damascus

Civil defense forces (“white helmets”) began to examine the mass burial in the area of ​​the Baghdad bridge on the outskirts of Damascus, where the remains of civilians, presumably killed by the overthrown regime of Bashar Assad.

Civil defense units began work at the place of mass burial after the corresponding information from the crew of the Anadolu agency appeared on the eve of the ANADOL.

In an interview with an anadol correspondent, a member of the Civil Defense Council of the Civil Defense Forces, Ammar Selmar, said that the group arrived at the burial place after the reports that appeared.

“This is a really terrible place, absolutely terrifying. It describes the situation in Syria. This place has turned into an organized cemetery. A very terrible cemetery. The bodies were devoted to the earth inappropriately. We became witnesses of how the bodies were simply put in bags from under flour and threw away, ”said Selmo.

He noted that preliminary results of the work suggest that the bodies belong to the detainees, but the identities of the dead have not yet been established.
