In connection with the Pandemic of COVID-19 this year in the mosques of Azerbaijan there will be no festive namaz, said Trend Representative of the Muslim Department of the Caucasus Gaggi Shahin Gasanley.
“On the day of the holiday, Ramazan is made a festive Namaz. But since the coronavirus pandemic is not over, then there will be no festive namaz in mosques,” said Hasanli.
In Azerbaijan, the ID-al-Fitr holiday, noted in honor of the end of the post per month Ramazan, falls on May 13.
