The US Department of Defense considers 1300 offers from 800 companies for the manufacture of innovative weapons for Ukraine. The CNN channel was reported by sources in the ministry.
Pentagon intends in the coming weeks to decide on the ideas of the possible production of weapons for Ukraine, as well as for the US military. Pentagon proposals should include the capabilities of armament for air defense, anti -tank, anti -personnel, coastal defense, anti -tank struggle, unmanned aerial systems, counter -batteries and secure communication, which were defined as key for Ukraine in military need.
The publication notes that the US Ministry of Defense is looking for only those manufacturers who can translate projects in 30 days or more complex – in 180 days.
