The judicial consequence of the criminal case of the former deputy head of the Shemakhin district police station of Huseyn Muradhanov, accused of fraud, was completed.
According to HaqQin.az, during the court session, H. Muradkhanov was reading a sentence, according to which he deprived of freedom for 7 years.
The consequence was established that the former deputy head of Shemakhinsky Rop sold his property belonging to him without the knowledge and consent of his wife. Despite the fact that he was married, his marital status in identification certificate was indicated as idle. Therefore, the sale of real estate acquired during a joint marriage, he carried out alone.
In 2016, H.Muradkhanov officially divorced his wife. The woman appealed to the court with the requirement to recognize an invalid act about the purchase and sale of property, stating that he did not have information about the transaction. The court on the basis of the collected materials satisfied the lawsuit, and the contract of sale was recognized as invalid.
After that, a woman who acquired the object also appealed to the law enforcement agencies with a complaint that the Police Colonel deceived it and assigned funds in the amount of 180 thousand manat. On the basis of a complaint against H.Muradkhanov, a criminal case was initiated.
