The community of Western Azerbaijan continues to work on the project of the concept of the peaceful return of the Azerbaijanis, expelled from the territory of present -day Armenia (the concept of return).

“The general public shows a high interest in preparing the concept. Scientists, experts, ordinary citizens turn to the community with their vision and sentences on the concept. The presented ideas and sentences were very useful in preparing the project.
The community calls to submit its proposals for the draft concept of return. Proposals can be sent to e -mail: [email protected] until 18:00 January 21, 2023, ”the message says.
The organization emphasized that the preparation of the document “is especially necessary for the opinions and proposals of experts specializing in the field of international general law, humanitarian law, human rights, post -conflict rehabilitation and reintegration, refugee rights.
